Presenters:
1.
Each presentation will be allotted approximately 30 minutes total. Please plan your
talk accordingly, to allow for at least 10 minutes of discussion afterward.
2.
Handouts are always appreciated. We will be distributing printed copies
of your abstracts, but if you would like to hand out any other
materials, please bring at least 30 copies.
3.
We will have a computer projector,
a laptop with PowerPoint and other basic MS Office software, a USB port
and a CD-ROM drive. We can bring other equipment (overhead transparency
projector or 35 mm slide projector), but only if you notify us
by May 9th that you need it.

If possible, send your PowerPoint file to us as an attachment by
May 9th (email to registration AT wrenconference
DOT org)
and we will load it onto the computer we bring. We would like to avoid
swapping out computers between presentations.
5. Even if you are not submitting an
abstract, please consider bringing your previously presented poster(s).
