A nominal fee will be collected
on-line or by mail (about $10-15 per webinar site)
to cover the cost of the webinar/teleconference and other logistics. Registered webinar participants will be
notified by email on how to submit their registration fee. Webinar
link, host site room locations, and other logistics will be provided to
registered participants by email.

Abstract submission and registration are handled via
email only. If you have any colleagues who may be interested in
