A nominal fee will be collected
on-site (usually about $35 per person) to cover the cost
of the conference room, webinar/teleconference, and other logistics. Registered webinar participants will be
notified by email on how to submit their registration fee.

address, and phone number to

on-site, but notifying us in advance helps us plan and prepare
conference materials. Webinar participants must pre-register in
order to receive login instructions.
Abstract submission and registration are handled via
